The wine was then left on its lees for seven months and filtered once prior to bottling in June 2013.

Tasting Notes:
A elegant, nuanced dry Riesling which has benfited from first class single vineyard sourcing for its grapes, use of some botrytis affected components (noble rot), and extented maturation on lees. This white wine sits along side Corolina as a true luxury Riesling within the Toro Wine portfolio, allow time to breath before serving as a young wine (or decanted) or carefully cellared to reveal layers of complex favours, a great intensity and a beautiful structure on the palate. For lovers of grand Rieslings.
