Grape Variety: 85% Glera, Chardonnay and Verdiso.

Situated in Colle Umberto, Treviso, at the foot of Prealpi Trevigiane.

Vinification: The must is slightly pressed and left to cold soak for a few hours so as to keep the perfume and aromas present in the peel. The entire process is constantly checked on by our master winemakers. Re-fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures and pressure where the wine is left for 40 days giving origin to a fine perlage.

Tasting: Brilliant, pale yellow, fine with numerous and persistent bubbles. Immediately striking for its intense aroma characterised by fruity scents followed by floral notes. Freshness and good flavour are perfectly balanced by the appropriate alcoholic note and a pleasant softness.

Serving Suggestion: A wine suitable for any occassion, particularly good with appetisers seafood and dry pastry.
