Proprietary vineyards in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, La Rioja. Average yield of 35 Hls./Ha
Date of Harvest : second week of October 2016.
Maceration: all the varieties during four days.
Fermentation: Controlled at 16º C.
Stabilization: cold stabilized

Tasting Notes:
Color: salmon, clean and bright.
Nose: red berries, aniseed light notes and nuances of fresh fruit, strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, pomegranate.
On palate: fresh, fragrant, well balanced, wrapped by the fruit and acidity with memories of pomegranate, watermelon, etc. Intense, persistent, leaving a lively length.


Bottle: Traditional Bordelais, 750 ml, transparent.
Cork: Supreme Cork
Label and back-label: Recyclable paper printed with ecological ink (without heavy metals)

Conservation: constant temperatures lower than 16º C (61º F); humidity at 80%. Dark storage.
Consumption: Temperature of service: 8º C (46º F).
