Tasting:
Soft garnet red. The nose is fine and intense with almonds, violets, dried roses, rasberries and tar. Soft velvet tannins with sweet red cherries and redcurrants, herbs, tobacco and anise, medium-bodied with powdery florals and minerality on the finish. Fresh and vibrant.

Serving suggetions: Risotto , Roasts, red meat, game, mature cheese .
