Malolactic fermentation in American New Cask. Aged: 16 months in French Cask. New of selected grain.

Tasting notes:
Sight: Intense red cherry with very high density and a lot of glycerine.
Nose: Aromas of ripe fruit, balsamic hints, mineral, earthy and confected aromas, butterscoth.
Taste: Mature, a lot of sweet tannins, fleshy, containing a lot of expression and a lingering finish.

Bottled: 2008 September. Production: Numbered of 3.547 bottles.
